The cost of postage has gone up recently.     Postage and firm packing for everywhere in the world (except Australia) is now US$3.00 for all items except for those larger items where I have quoted more than $3.00 in the item description.  In those cases the higher amount applies for the larger items.      The good news is that quite a few items the same size can go in the same envelope for the one postage fee.

Where the items to be posted are larger (such as covers or large stamp blocks or artwork), then the cost of postage is shown in the item description.  

Postage within Australia is US$1.50.

IMPORTANT NOTE - those wishing to pay by PayPal must add 40 cents plus 4% of the final total.   This is not my fee, but this is to cover the fee that paypal will take out of the amount buyers pay before I get the balance.    There is no fee for paying by moneybookers.

IMPORTANT NOTE - for buyers in China, India, Russia and Romania who pay by PayPal, REGISTRATION is COMPULSARY.    Too many unregistered letters have somehow gotten lost or stolen when sent to these high risk countries and paypal forces me to refund payment to the buyers even though I have posted their letters.  If you pay by moneybookers then registration is not compulsory.   But if buyers from these countries pay by paypal THEN REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED no matter what the cost of the item is.

Buyers from all countries must pay for registration if the total amount purchased comes to US$50 or more and they are paying by paypal.    If you are paying by moneybookers and the total is over $50, then you can decide whether you want the protection of registration or not.   But if registration is not taken, then risk of posting is at buyers risk.

COST OF REGISTRATION in Australia is now AU$18.50 (US$14.00) for a large A4 sized international registration envelope and AU$12.00 (US$9.00) for a small sized international registered envelope.
